Hillary, a four-part docuseries, arrives on Hulu this Friday, March 6.

Directed and co-executive produced by Oscar nominee Nanette Burstein (On the Ropes), Hillary promises “unprecedented personal access to the former First Lady and Secretary of State.”

Featuring exclusive interviews with Clinton, former President Bill Clinton, daughter Chelsea, staff, friends and journalists, the series intertwines unreleased campaign footage with biographical chapters on her life. The show’s goal is to explain how the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee “became at once one of the most admired and vilified women in the world.”

Beyond Clinton’s story, “we were able to highlight the history of the women’s movement over the last 50 years, and especially what happens to women who aspire to take on roles traditionally inhabited by men,” Burstein said.
