‘Heroes’ on Motorsport.tv

Subscription streamer Motorsport.tv has debuted Heroes, a feature-length documentary intertwining the stories of five famed auto racers: Mika Hakkinen, Felipe Massa, Tom Kristensen, Michele Mouton and Michael Schumacher.

Schumacher won the Formula 1 championship seven times and Hakkinen twice. Massa is a former Ferrari grand prix ace, Kristensen won Le Mans nine times, and Mouton is the only woman to have won World Rally Championships.

In the film, four of the iconic drivers sit around a table discussing their racing careers and the fifth icon — Schumacher — who they all competed against. Plenty of historic footage is also featured in the 111-minute documentary.

Motorsport.tv also offers short films about each of the Heroes, which you can stream free without a subscription.

Heroes was written and directed by Manish Pandey, whose 2010 film Senna won the UK’s BAFTA award for best documentary.

Motorsport.tv costs $4.99 monthly or $49.99 annually. For more info, visit Motorsport.tv.

Motorsport.tv competitors include the similarly priced MotorTrend.
