Apple TV+ will debut the first three episodes of Truth Be Told, starring Hidden Figures’ Octavia Spencer and Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul, this Friday, December 6. Additional episodes will then debut on five succeeding Fridays through January 10, for a total of eight episodes.

Spencer is Poppy Parnell, an investigative podcaster who is compelled to reopen a murder case that made her famous, forcing her to come face to face with Warren Cave (Aaron Paul), the man she may have mistakenly helped put in prison 19 years earlier for the murder of his neighbor.

The cast also includes Lizzy Caplan (Masters of Sex), Elizabeth Perkins (Weeds), Michael Beach, Mekhi Phifer, Tracie Thoms, Haneefah Wood and Ron Cephas Jones.

Apple TV+, which launched November 1, costs $4.99 per month with a seven-day free trial. Customers who buy an iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac or iPod Touch can get one year of Apple TV+ for free.

You can stream Apple TV+ on tv.apple.com, via Apple TV app son iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, iPod touch and Mac, and on other non-Apple platforms.
