The Grammy-Award-winning saxophone player will debut the first episode of a new series, Sanborn Sessions, tomorrow, December 3, at sanbornsessions.com, as well as on the Sanborn Sessions YouTube channel.

In each episode, Sanborn will explore and play music with artists representing a variety of genres. Guests will include Kandace Springs, Terrace MartinMichael McDonaldBrian OwensBob JamesJonatha BrookeCharlie Hunter and Cyriille Aimee.

Original song recordings from the show will also be released online.

“To me this show is not just about dialogue,” Sanborn said. “It’s absolutely essential that we keep this authentic. Because then they [the audience] get the real unfiltered stuff. This show comes out of humor and friendship and just trying to get on the same musical wavelength. It’s intimate, fly-on-the-wall stuff.”
