The eco-terrorists are back.
From 2008 to 2015, over seven seasons and 61 episodes, Animal Planet ran Whale Wars, documenting the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society’s battle against Japanese whale hunters. In 2010, the SSCS was also the subject of a documentary feature, Confessions of an Eco-Terrorist.
Now, Captain Paul Watson and director/producer/shipmate Peter Jay Brown return with Eco-Terrorist: Battle for Our Planet. Now that Whale Wars has turned them into reality TV stars and the SSCS into a multimillion-dollar corporation, Brown asks, “Will activists ever be as effective as they were when we didn’t have a pot to piss in?”
Find out by streaming Eco-Terrorist: Battle for Our Planet for $4.99 HD at iTunes or Vudu.
Eco-Terrorist: Battle for Our Planet is also expected to be available soon from Amazon, Google Play, FandangoNow and other sources.
Amazon Prime subscribers can stream six seasons of Whale Wars.
