Parent-Free Zone

The Society, a 10-episode drama about teenagers mysteriously transplanted to a parent-free version of their New England town, debuts tomorrow, May 10, on Netflix.

In this series, with a plot that echoes William Golding’s novel Lord of the Flies, the teens find both freedom and danger in this unsupervised world. As they try to figure out what happened and how to get home, they must create their own society in order to survive.

The series was filmed outside Boston.

The cast includes Rachel Keller, Kathryn Newton, Alex Fitzalan, Kristine Froseth, Jacques Colimon and Sean Berdy.
