Roku ‘Stream-A-Thon’

From December 26 until January 1, Roku will give its device owners the chance to sample some premium programming for free.

Promoted as a ‘Stream-A-Thon,’ Roku will offer free complete seasons and movies from such networks as Acorn TV, Adult Swim, Discovery Channel, Epix, Food Network, HGTV, Hopster, NBC, TLC and Travel Channel. Roku users will, as always, also be able to sample content from its Featured Free section.

Specific free content will include Epix’s first season of Deep State; Acorn TV’s Agatha Christie’s Witness for the Prosecution and Agatha Raisin and the Quiche of Death; Adult Swim’s Rick and Morty; Discovery’s Storm Chasers, Food Network’s Diners, Drive-in and Dives and Beat Bobby Flay; HGTV’s  Fixer Upper and Property Brothers; Hopster’s Two Minute Tales; NBC’s Making It and New Amsterdam; TLC’s My Big Fat Fabulous Life; and Travel Channel’s Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern and Ghost Adventures.
