Looking to stream an autobiographical one-man musical about a folk singer overcoming a complicated relationship with his dad?

You’ve got a couple of choices!

Benjamin Scheuer’s The Lion comes to BroadwayHD today, joining Loudon Wainwright III’s Surviving Twin, which premiered on Netflix last month.

The Lion is directed by two-time Emmy winner Kevin S. Bright (Friends, In Living Color) and produced by three-time Tony winner Eva Price (Dear Evan Hansen, Angels in America) and Gil Cates Jr, executive director of the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles.

Surviving Twin is directed by one-time Emmy winner Christopher Guest (The Lily Tomlin Special), a sometime- folkie himself (i.e., The Mighty Wind), and produced by Judd Apatow (Girls, The 40-Year-Old Virgin), who cast Wainwright in his 2001-2003 Fox series, Undeclared.
