Diana, Elvis & Son Pete

Music superstars Diana Krall and her husband Elvis Costello (above) voice Pete the Cat’s mom and dad – and sing their own compositions — in 13 episodes of the Amazon Prime animated series dropping tomorrow, September 21.

Jacob Tremblay, Oscar-winner Brie Larson’s co-star in 2015’s Room, plays Pete.

An earlier episode of the series, “Pete the Cat: A Groovy New Year,” has already been available to Amazon Prime subscribers since last year’s holiday season.

Pete the Cat, featuring “the coolest cat ever and his groovy guide to life,” is based on illustrator James Dean’s series of more than 40 children’s books.

Other music industry notables providing voices in the series include singer-songwriter KT Tunstall and musician-producer Don Was.

Jessica Biel appears in at least one episode (her husband Justin Timberland, though, doesn’t seem to be involved with the show, either as a singer or actor).

Atticus Shaffer (Brick in ABC’s The Middle) voices another regular character.
