Free over-the-air channel Antenna TV will present two classic sitcom marathons over Labor Day weekend.

The “Coach Back to Football Bowl” starts at 1 pm ET on Saturday and the “Alice Women at Work Labor Day marathon” at 5:30 am Monday. Both events last through 11:30 pm.

The two series had similar original runs: Alice, 202 episodes over nine CBS seasons (1976-1985) and Coach, 200 episodes over nine ABC seasons (1989-1997).

Coach starred former high school quarterback Craig T. Nelson as a college football coach in a role that won him a 1992 Best Actor Emmy.

Craig T. Nelson on Coach

Craig T. Nelson is a man of many iconic roles, but we here at Antenna TV have a special place in our hearts for Hayden Fox in Coach. Mr. Nelson recently reflected on the classic sitcom that we're honored to play every weeknight at 10p ET.

Alice starred Broadway musical veteran Linda Lavin as a single mother trying to make ends meet as a waitress at Mel’s Diner. Here, she’s joined in some song and dance by fellow musical/sitcom double-threat Florence Henderson (The Brady Bunch):

Florence Henderson on Alice!

It's a song and dance extravaganza tonight on Alice! Florence Henderson stops by Mel's Diner… and the fun only starts there. Tune into Antenna TV tonight at 8p ET for an hour of Alice, Mel, Vera, and the whole gang!
