Xumo Makes ‘History’

The free, ad-supported streamer Xumo has added short-form video from the History cable channel to its lineup.

Xumo’s History offerings include segments like Minute MarvelsHistory Flashback and Bet You Didn’t Know. Excerpts from such series as The Curse of Oak IslandForged in Fire, Alone, Pawn Stars and American Pickers are also featured.

History can be found on Xumo channel 350.

Xumo offers more than 100 channels covering entertainment (e.g., Buzzfeed, Cheddar, PBS Digital Studios, People TV), news (e.g., Bloomberg Politics, CBSN, MSNBC), lifestyle (e.g., Cooking Light, bon appétit), fashion (e.g., Glamour, Vogue), comedy (e.g., Funny or Die, The Onion) and sports (e.g., Field & Stream, Fox Sports, Sports Illustrated).

The service, which offers both 24-hour channels and on-demand content, is accessible without a subscription. Xumo is viewable online at Xumo.TV, as well as via smart TVs and Roku. You can also stream Xumo via iOS devices.
