‘Lust’ on Netflix Friday

Lust Stories, consisting of four short films exploring love, sex and relationships in today’s India, will debut this Friday, June 15, on Netflix. The movie is in English and Hindi, with subtitles.

The four films in Lust Stories come from four of India’s top directors: Karan JoharZoya AkhtarDibakar Banerjee and Anurag Kashyap.

The same foursome directed an earlier anthology film, 2013’s Bombay Talkies, which is also available to Netflix subscribers.

Anurag Kashyap is also co-director of Sacred Games, an eight-episode Netflix crime drama that will premiere Friday, July 6. It’s based on a 2006 novel of the same title by Vikram Chandra.
