Free ‘Beer’ Online

Been waiting for a sequel to 2006’s Beerfest? You know, the comedy about a beer-drinking competition?

Apparently, that film has a cult following, so we’ve now got Beerfest: Thirst for Victory.

Ok, it’s not actually a sequel, but rather “inspired by” the original. Needless to say, it involves a beer-drinking competition.

While Beerfest was a major studio theatrical release, Beerfest: Thirst for Victory has debuted for free online over CW Seed. It’s being shown commercial-free as that service’s first-ever original movie.

Besides the theme of the two movies, we found only one connection between Beerfest: Thirst for Victory and the original Beerfest – executive producer Bill Gerber.

If you want to stream both flicks, here’s how:

For Beerfest: Thirst for Victory, visit go.cwseed.com/beerfest.

Beerfest is available to Netflix subscribers or for a $2.99 rental from several providers. We suspect, however, that true Beerfest cultists have already paid $9.99 or more to own the flick.

In addition to its website, CW Seed is available via Roku, Apple TV, Amazon, Xbox and other devices. For more information, visit cwseed.com/cw-seed-apps.
