Jayson Stark, who covers baseball for The Athletic and MLB Network, is hosting a new 13-episode series, Baseball Stories, featuring interviews with some of the sport’s best-known names and one famous fan – Hank Azaria.

The show kicks off tonight at 7 pm ET on Stadium with Mark McGwire, the former Cardinal and A’s slugger who is now a San Diego Padres bench coach.

Future episodes, which will debut Tuesdays at 7 pm, include New York Yankees outfielder Giancarlo Stanton, Cleveland Indians Manager Terry Francona, Washington Nationals pitching ace Max Scherzer, and Houston Astros ace Justin Verlander. There is also the aforementioned Azaria, The Simpsons voice actor who stars in IFC’s baseball-themed show, Brockmire.

Baseball Stories promises “on and off-field moments, thoughts, and happenings marking the lives and careers of an outstanding lineup of past and present baseball stars, including two Cy Young award winners, five league MVPs, an elite member of the 500-homerun club and a collective 30+ All-Star game appearances and 10 total World Series rings among them.”

Stadium’s studio show, The Rally, will move to the 6-7 pm Tuesday night slot, immediately preceding each episode of Baseball Stories.
