‘Moonlight’ on CW Seed

Moonlight is now showing free on CW Seed, The CW’s on-demand streaming service.

No, not last year’s Oscar-winning movie (Amazon Prime subscribers, though, can stream that one).

Instead, CW Seed offers Hawaii Five-O star Alex O’Loughlin in an earlier CBS series.

This Moonlight, cancelled 10 years ago after just 16 hour-long episodes, is a romantic vampire drama in which O’Loughlin plays an LA private eye and vampire who “uses his supernatural abilities to help mortals in need,” while coping with romantic feelings towards a reporter (Sophia Myles) and dealing with another woman (Shannyn Sossamon) who looks just like his ex-wife – who turned him into a vampire 50 years earlier.

In addition to binge-watching all of Moonlight, vampire fans can also turn to the free CW Seed for all 13 hours of Blade: The Series and six episodes of the short-form How to Be a Vampire.

CW Seed is available via the web, iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire and Xbox. For a list of free shows and more info, visit cwseed.com.
