’24 Hours of Reality’

The seventh annual 24 Hours of Reality, a star-studded live stream focused on climate change and activism, kicks off today at 6 pm ET via 24HoursofReality.org and LinkTV.org.

The first hour alone will feature One Republic’s Ryan Tedder and Brent Kutzle performing their song “Truth to Power” from the documentary An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power, along with former Weather Channel anchor Sam Champion talking with California Governor Jerry Brown.

Then at 7 pm, Champion will host actress Tea Leoni, Oregon Governor Kate Brown and San Juan Mayor Carmen Cruz, with Jason Mraz performing.

Annie Lennox will sing during the third hour, at 8 pm, and then return tomorrow at 1 pm.

At midnight tonight, K-pop star Jay Park will premiere the English version of his hit song “Yacht.”

Tomorrow, Sheryl Crow will premiere a new song “Long Way Back”  at 10 am, and Helen Hunt will host Ed Begley Jr. and composer Jean-Michel Jarre at noon. Then, in the final 5 pm hour, reality show creator/producer Simon Fuller’s multicultural pop group Now United will make its first televised performance.
