Over-the-air channel Cozi TV will premiere a one-hour special, 10 Secret Stories: A Tribute to The Dick Van Dyke Show, this Saturday, November 18, at 10 pm ET, with a repeat Sunday at 4 pm. The doc features interviews with show creator Carl Reiner and cast members Rose Marie (Sally Rogers) and Larry Matthews (Ritchie Petrie).

Here’s a clip of Reiner and theater producer Doug Denoff discussing how Mary Tyler Moore got cast in the role of Laura Petrie:

Separately, CBS stations will air two newly colorized episodes of The Dick Van Dyke Show, selected by Reiner and featuring Moore, on Friday, December 22, at 9 pm ET. In “My Blonde-Haired Brunette” (1961), Laura dies her hair blonde, hoping to rekindle romantic sparks with husband Rob (Dick Van Dyke). In “October Eve” (1964), a nude painting of Laura surfaces though she never posed for it; Reiner guest stars as the artist.

We’ve got the original black-and-white versions of both episodes right here:

You can watch The Dick Van Dyke Show on Cozi TV Tuesday through Saturday mornings at 4 am ET. You can also stream all 158 episodes of the series on Netflix or Hulu.

The CBS episodes, btw, will air immediately after two colorized episodes of another TV classic, I Love Lucy.
