July 4th Alien Invasion

For the second straight year, Comet TV will celebrate Independence Day with an “Invasion: Alien Attack Movie Marathon.” While the namesake classic July 4th alien invasion movie, Independence Day, isn’t included (neither the 1996 original nor the 2016 remake), you will be able to watch Invisible Invaders (1959), The Falling (1987), Strange Invaders (1983), Without Warning (1980) and Alien Autopsy (2006) from 10 am until 8 pm ET. Then at midnight, you can wind down from fireworks with the 1985 comedy Morons from Outer Space.

This year’s marathon has special significance since it will take place exactly 70 years since the most famous UFO in history allegedly crashed outside of Roswell, NM. Here’s what happened next, again allegedly:
