Over-the-air kids’ channel Qubo adds two series today.

Pet Alien, which originally ran on Cartoon Network and Kabillion, is an animated “story of a young boy who struggles to educate his new group of friends about Earth’s ways.” Two half-hours run weekdays at 8 pm:

Canadian-produced Giver “follows teams of 6-12-year-olds who work together with their communities to build and improve local playgrounds, focusing on the importance of community, consciousness and having fun.” Two half-hours run weekdays at 4 pm ET.

Also this week, sister channel Ion Television’s “Qubo Kids Corner” hour – airing Wednesday through Friday at 8 am ET — will begin running Zoo Clues on Wednesdays, Warren Buffett’s Secret Millionaires Club on Thursdays, and Thomas Edison’s Secret Lab on Fridays.

All three shows also run weekends on Qubo: Zoo Clues at 1 pm, Buffett at 3 pm, and Edison at 4 pm.

Visit RabbitEars to find your local Qubo and Ion Television stations.
