‘Saber Rock’ Doc

Saber Rock, a half-hour documentary about an Afghan interpreter working with US marines against the Taliban, is now available for $2.99 on streaming aggregator OwnZones, one week after opening in NY and LA theaters.

Circa, the Sinclair-owned news-centered video site which is distributing the film, said it will donate $1 from every purchase to help bring the translator to America. Rock’s wife and son are already here, but injuries sustained in battle have previously prevented Rock from joining them.

You can stream the film now at ownzones.com/SaberRockMovie. You can also download the OwnZones app for iOS/Apple TV, Android/Android TV, Amazon Fire TV or Roku.
