Silverman May 30

Netflix will debut an hour-long comedy special starring Sarah Silverman on Tuesday, May 30. The yet-to-be-titled show is scheduled to be shot later this month.

Silverman has compiled an impressive comedic resume, having won a 2014 Primetime Emmy Award for “Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special” for her 2013 HBO comedy special, Sarah Silverman: We Are Miracles. That one-hour special was later released as an album, garnering a 2015 Grammy Award nomination for “Best Comedy Album.”

In addition to a 2010 memoir, The Bedwetter: Stories of Courage, Redemption, and Pee, Silverman has numerous film and television credits, including The Sarah Silverman Program on Comedy Central, Masters of Sex, The Good Wife, Wreck It Ralph, Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping, A Million Ways to Die in the West, The Larry Sanders Show and I Smile Back, for which she received a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination.

HBO will re-air We Are Miracles on February 19 at 12 am ET. It is also available on-demand through February 18. You can stream the show with a $14.95 per month subscription to HBO Now.

You can also stream all three seasons of The Sarah Silverman Program, starting at $1.99 per episode on Vudu and other sites.
