Golden Globes’ Red Carpet

Twitter will present an exclusive live stream of the official red carpet pre-show for the 74th Annual Golden Globes Awards ceremony, January 8, 6-8 pm ET.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA), dick clark productions and Twitter have partnered to stream the event from The Beverly Hilton. The pre-show will “feature exclusive interviews with talent and celebrity Twitter content,” as well as “(q)uestions sourced from Twitter,” so fans can “participate in Hollywood’s biggest party.”

“Twitter is critical to the live element of our shows by connecting audiences through real time conversation,” said Mike Mahan, President, dick clark productions. “Through this partnership we will create a unique live streaming pre-show experience that takes our audience closer to the Golden Globes.”

Although hosts for the red-carpet pre-show have yet to be named, Jimmy Fallon will host the awards ceremony that follows on NBC from 8-11 pm ET.
