Tickles.TV Tackles Race With Laughs

Tickles.TV uses comedy videos to drive conversations about race, culture and identity.

Site founder HaJ, a producer, writer and performer, said, “Comedy is such a great way to have uncomfortable conversations, and uncomfortable conversations are necessary for social progress.”

Tickles.TV was created especially for “’Urban Chameleons,’ a group of millennials that push the boundaries of traditional demographics.”

The site is currently promoting a new original web comedy series, Angry Black Woman, created by HaJ and Daheli Hall, a comedic actress who has appeared on MADtv. Angry Black Woman “spoofs and dissects the derogatory term while ironically giving light as to why black women have every right to be angry.”
