Customers of Sling Blue, which costs $25 per month, will now receive the NFL Network. NFL RedZone, on the other hand, is available to Sling Blue customers who pay an additional $5 per month for the “Sports Extra” add-on pack.

Sling Blue customers will be able to watch exclusive Thursday Night Football games, as well as shows such as NFL GameDay MorningA Football Life, TIMELINE, and a new live weekday morning show, Good Morning Football. They will also be able to see live and delayed coverage of all 64 NFL preseason games.

The NFL RedZone, a channel hosted by Scott Hanson, will offer every touchdown and other highlights from every game on Sunday afternoons.

Sling TV customers will also be able to access the NFL Network and NFL RedZone through Watch NFL Network, which is available on NFL.com, the NFL app on connected TV devices, and by way of NFL Mobile on Windows, iOS and Android devices. Visit Watch NFL Network to learn more about viewing options.

For those unfamiliar with Sling TV, the service has a number of programming plans, including two streaming services – Sling Orange and Sling Blue. Sling Orange, at $20 per month, offers more than 25 channels, including ESPN, ESPN2, AMC, Comedy Central and Disney. Sling Blue, the slightly more expensive plan, offers more than 30 channels including Fox Sports, TruTV and Bravo. In some cases, Sling Orange and Sling Blue carry the same channels. For $40 per month, however, you can get a combination of both plans. All told, Sling TV offers more than 100 channels. You can learn more about Sling Orange, Sling Blue and other add-on packages at Sling. Also, Tom’s Guide does a nice job of explaining other differences between the two, including channel overlap and the ability to stream one channel at a time on Orange versus multiple channels at once on Blue.
