Select TV – Cord-Cutters’ Delight?

FreeCast has publicly released Select TV, a platform that allows consumers to find, manage and view “all types of content, live and on-demand, free and paid.”

Select TV claims to allow people to search “millions of sources world-wide.”  The platform reportedly offers access to more than 350,000 TV episodes, 200,000 movies and 1,200 streaming channels. It also has a full calendar of live events streaming on the web, as well as 75,000 radio stations, music videos, games and more.

FreeCast’s CEO William Mobley said the service is “ truly à la carte TV, delivered via the web, on all devices, and available everywhere.”

Select TV can now be viewed online here for $2.99 a month. In the future, FreeCast plans to make the platform available on “all devices, from tablets and smartphones to Android-powered set top boxes and smart TVs.”
