Schumer Hits Netflix

Amy Schumer: The Leather Special has debuted today on Netflix.

In the hour-long stand-up show, taped in November at Denver’s Bellco Theater, Schumer “riffs on sex, dating and the absurdities of fame.” In a review yesterday, the Los Angeles Times called the show “unapologetic raunch.” So here’s Netflix’s raunchy trailer:

You can watch the show now on Netflix.

Schumer has previously done stand-up specials for HBO (Live at the Apollo in 2015) and Comedy Central (Mostly Sex Stuff in 2012). Live at the Apollo can be streamed by HBO Now subscribers, while Mostly Sex Stuff is available free to cable/satellite/telco TV viewers, or you can buy it for $7.99 SD/$9.99 HD from Google Play.

Schumer has also starred in Comedy Central’s Inside Amy Schumer since 2013. Hulu subscribers can binge on the first four seasons (39 episodes) of that series.

Other upcoming Netflix stand-up specials include Louis C.K. (April 4), Tracy Morgan (May 16), and Sarah Silverman (May 30).
