‘Annedroids’ March 3

Season four of Annedroids, the live-action children’s series about a young female scientist, her friends and android assistants, will debut Friday, March 3, on Amazon Prime.

Addison Holley returns as scientist Anne, with human friends Nick (Jadiel Dowlin) and Shania (Adrianna Di Liello). The androids include Pal, Eyes, Hand, Pidgely (a real pigeon turned “cy-byrd,” thanks to Anne’s robotic upgrades), Fangs (a robotic dog who can morph into a skunk, a porcupine and a snake); and Art (a former cleaning robot who defected from “evil robotics scientist Ada at Magnus Tech”).

The producers say the 13-episode fourth season will focus “on the concept of a ‘modern-day family,’ where the word ‘family’ isn’t necessarily defined by blood relation, but rather the people that are closest to you.”

“In Annedroids, our characters never fail, they just discover new ways of doing things wrong until they get them right,” says J.J. Johnson, series creator and executive producer. “Expect grander discoveries, surprising character revelations and an explosive conclusion to Pal’s journey in this, our most ambitious season yet.”

You can watch all four seasons of Annedroids with an Amazon Prime subscription.
